Governing Law and Venue
The terms and conditions of use of the alcazar medical Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Users of the alcazar medical Site hereto agree that any suit, action or proceeding with respect to this Agreement may only be brought in or entered by, as the case may be, in (a) the courts of the State of California, sitting in Sacramento, or (b) the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the user hereby irrevocably consents to such personal jurisdiction and waives all objections to this venue.
